Refund Policy | My Pure Package

At My Pure Package, each item is created and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our self-care products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise noted below.


Physical Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mypurepackage@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo documentation of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders that:

  • Arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If preferred, store credit may be offered in place of a refund.


Digital Products

All digital products, ritual guides, and downloads are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Digital products and downloads


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.


Shipping & Delivery

My Pure Package is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once an order has been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
