What ingredients do you use?
My Pure Package products are made in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients chosen for the experience and purpose of each ritual.
Our teas feature herbs and botanicals, our bath and body products include ingredients such as cane sugar, mineral salts, botanical oils, butters, and herbs, and our candles are hand-poured with soy wax and carefully selected fragrance.
Full ingredient lists are available on each individual product page so you always know what you're bringing into your ritual.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our products are cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.
Ingredient information is listed on each product page. If you have questions about a specific product or ingredient, please contact us before ordering.
Are your bath and body products suitable for sensitive skin?
Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
When trying a new body product, consider testing a small amount on one area of skin first.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Using Your MPP Rituals
How do I prepare the herbal teas?
Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea to approximately 8 oz of hot water and steep according to the instructions listed on your tea's product page.
Most blends are best steeped for approximately 4–7 minutes.
Strain and enjoy as is, or add honey or lemon if desired.
Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I use Clarity Bath Soak?
Add approximately ¼–½ cup to warm bath water and stir gently.
Settle in and soak for around 20 minutes or longer as part of your evening or intentional reset ritual.
Use caution when entering and exiting the tub, as bath products may make surfaces slippery.
How do I use the sugar scrubs?
Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage gently using circular motions.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
We recommend using your scrub approximately 2–3 times per week or as needed.
Avoid broken or irritated skin, and use caution in the shower or bath because oils and scrubs may make surfaces slippery.
How do I use Ocean Calm Magnesium Spray?
Spray 2–4 pumps onto clean skin and massage gently until absorbed.
Ocean Calm can be incorporated into your evening wind-down, post-shower routine, or anytime you want to create a slower moment in your day.
A light tingling sensation may occur with topical magnesium. If you have sensitive skin, begin with a small amount.
How do I care for my Mary Rose Candle?
Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
During the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to help prevent tunneling.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

How long does it take to process my order?
Because many My Pure Package products are prepared and packed in small batches, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order is on the way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, My Pure Package ships within the United States.
As we grow, additional shipping destinations may become available.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Returns + Order Issues
What is your return policy?
Because our products include personal care, wellness, and consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and help make it right.

What is a My Pure Package Self-Care Workshop?
Our Self-Care Workshops are guided, hands-on experiences created around slowing down, creating intentionally, and enjoying self-care in community.
Depending on the workshop, guests may create a custom sugar scrub, bath soak, herbal tea blend, or a combination of rituals.
All materials and guided instruction are included.

How do I book a workshop?
Available public workshops will include their date, location, and booking details on the website.

What should I bring?
Just yourself.
All ingredients, materials, and tools needed for the workshop are provided.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you won't mind getting a little messy while creating.
Are workshop bookings refundable?
Workshop booking terms are provided when you reserve your experience.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, workshop reservations are generally non-refundable because materials and space are prepared in advance.
If you're unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible regarding available options.
Do you offer private workshops?
Yes.
Private workshops can be created for birthdays, girls' nights, wellness gatherings, community events, team experiences, celebrations, and other intimate gatherings.
